This policy sets out how Globetrade Deluco NV, with registered offices at B-8500 Kortrijk, Beneluxpark 25 (RLP Ghent, Kortrijk division n°0443.916.639) (“Globetrade”, “we” or “us”) and it’s subsidiaries use and protect any information that you give us when you use our website.

Globetrade is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should you provide us with certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

This policy is based on the Belgian law of 30/07/2018, implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

What data do we collect?

We do not collect any personal information other than the information you provide to us via the contact form on our website:

How will we use your data?

We will use the information you provide us with via the website only to respond to your inquiry or, if applicable, to create the user account you have requested us to create, and will not use it for any other purposes without procuring your prior consent, except where we would be legally obliged to do so or such use is in our legitimate interests (e.g. combatting fraud or for direct marketing purposes).
